Unfortunately yes, I remember, those were the days we all thought we were going to unknown heights. Then here came the trial we could not possibly loose. Our council was so confident they did not take the time to explain to the court what was thought to be a given. Everything goes down hill after that. Now, again on closing arguments our council does it again. A few weeks pass and they try to explain the blunder to the court. Millions/billions at stake, the supposed best lawyers money can buy and they can't answer a simple question any of us who have followed this fiasco for years could have answered. Now we weight with baited breath hoping the court excepted our correction. YES, I remember, ever day, I remember.
