There are no more cases. The low probability BS appeal to SCOTUS is it. Their "Secure Domain Name" patents are all expired. And the newer unexpired patents are in mature niches with plenty of alternatives and work-arounds. VHC is toast, and has already received all the money out of Apple that they are going to get. |
